The MLS system has a feature that will allow it to send you an email alerting you when any agent inputs a listing that matches your criteria. You will be one of the first to know about the listing and can get in touch with me and set up a time to go see it if you like. A valid email address is necessary. Also, these searches are only valid for sixty days. This is an MLS thing, not mine. So, when the search expires, if you would it renewed, just let me know.
