I am affiliated with Home Finders, Inc., which is one of the smallest real estate companies in the Las Vegas valley. At first glance, you may think that if we are the smallest, then that will mean less service. The opposite is actually true. What you will find is that those agents that are driven to provide world-class service to their clients will find their place in the world of real estate, no matter the size of the company. By associating with Home Finders, Inc. I find I am not just another number and neither are my clients.

I was born and raised here in Las Vegas and have seen pretty much everything that has gone on in this valley over the past 48 years. I remember when Torrey Pines was pretty much the last street on the west side of the city. Summerlin was still only the maiden name of Howard Hughes' grandmother and Sun City wasn't even built in Scottsdale, let alone Las Vegas. When I tell people that I am a native Las Vegan, I am still amazed to see their reaction, that I am still a rarity. However, being a life-long resident of this valley, I know areas of this valley that even ten year residents have no idea exist. If you want an agent that can find you the perfect home in any part of this valley, you have found him.

Every year all agents are required to amass 15 credits of continuing education in the principles, practices and laws of real estate to keep their licenses current. I always look forward to these sessions and I am always on the lookout for new classes to attend. This allows me to stay abreast of new marketing strategies to help facilitate the sale of my listings. Although my main goal is to stay educated so that I will be more qualified to help sell your house, my other primary goal is to protect my clients in today's litigious society. I do whatever is necessary to better serve my clients!
